  • In order to use any of the services provided by AdOffers, including becoming an AdOffers publisher (collectively, the "AdOffers Services"), you will need to submit an application to AdOffers ("Your Application"). Your Application will require You to provide Personal Information to AdOffers. If Your Application is rejected, AdOffers may retain Your Personal Information at its discretion.

2.Your Creation and Maintenance of Your AdOffers Account:

  • If Your Application is accepted, You will be required to provide Personal Information to AdOffers to create and maintain an account with AdOffers ("Your Account").

3.Your Responses to Communications from AdOffers:

Demographic information you have, optionally, directly provided to us. This information, if you've provided it, is used so that you may qualify for promotional offers. Statistical information related to your usage of our products; note: per 999.313. c 3 of the CCPA, this information may not be shared if requested. Per the CCPA, you may delete or anonymize your personal information at any time. Also, per the CCPA, we provide two tools that you may use to do this:

SEVERABILITY
